The Admin Panel
You control just about everything about your Wordpress site through the admin panel, which lies right on your own Web site. (That means you can log into your admin panel from any computer in the entire world with an Internet connection. Now, that’s flexibility!)
How Do I Get to the Admin Panel?
Your login screen is located by default at http://yourdomain.com/wp-login/php, where yourdomain.com is your domain name (Web address).

After entering your username and password, you will be directed to the main screen of the Dashboard. From here you have access to virtually every option on your site.
