JiffyBat! is the Web site building service created especially for small businesses. We simplify the process of getting a Web site, and we give you complete control. That means you pay no monthly fees, and you never have to answer to a developer again. You update your Web site whenever you want, instantly, at no extra charge. You own everything!

How do I pay for my Web site?
We will send you a Paypal invoice via email.
100% payment is due at time of purchase for the Basic Package; all other packages require 50% payment at time of purchase and 50% payment prior to final delivery of Web site.
How long does it take to build my Web site?
We will have your Web site ready to go within two weeks of receiving the required forms.
Will my site look like everybody else’s?
No two Web sites will ever be identical, but they may look similar to others. That’s OK, because custom designs cost more, take longer to build, and don’t necessarily give you a more effective Web site. The most important features of your Web site are search engine friendliness, unique content, and user friendliness.
We build our sites using premium WordPress themes that we have chosen for their high-quality style, functionality, and ease of use. Your unique content and images will make your site stand out. You also get to choose from dozens of color schemes, and we customize your site with your logo, information, and images.
I don’t have a logo. Can you design one for me?
We recommend crowdSPRING for affordable logo design. You can purchase a logo yourself, or we can assist you for an additional fee.
Can you just fix my current Web site?
No, we only build new Web sites. (JiffyBat! developer Amy Gelfand provides custom development solutions through her company, Gelfand Design.) However, it may be more cost-effective for us to build you a new site—if you’re having difficulties with your current site, talk to us, and we’ll help you figure out the best solution for your business.
Can you help me with my Web site content?
Yes, our content submission forms include tutorials for each page of your site. We will proofread and do minor mechanical edits to your copy before we post it.
For further help on making effective Web site content, we provide writing and editing services for an additional fee. Also, check out our blog for free articles and resources.
Do you provide me with hosting?
We do not provide hosting directly, but we do set you up with your own account through our affiliate provider, HostGator. We chose HostGator for its reasonable pricing and excellent customer support. As part of your package, we purchase your hosting account for you in your name. You pay for the hosting and are responsible for renewing your hosting plan. Remember—with JiffyBat!, you own everything. Once you’re set up, you don’t need to go through us again for hosting.
What if I already have a hosting account?
As long as your hosting plan supports the minimum requirements for WordPress installation (most of them do), we can set up your JiffyBat! site on your current hosting account.
Do you provide me with a domain name?
As part of your package, we set you up with the domain name of your choice through our affiliate provider, HostGator. You are responsible for the cost of domain registration and for renewing domain registration. Remember—with JiffyBat!, you own everything. Once you’re set up, you don’t need to go through us again for domain registration.
What if I already have a domain name?
No problem! You can use your current domain name for your JiffyBat! Web site.
